The QER10 Smart LoraWan Room CO2 and Temperature sensors and User Interfaces have been designed for measuring CO2 and temperature in modern buildings. The QER10 LoraWan sensors can have additional VOC (Volatile Organic Compounds), Relative Humidity or PIR Occupancy sensor options. With LoraWan the sensors can connect wirelessly to the IoT or the Building Management Systems.
 
The sensors have 2 x Universal Inputs (NTC10 resistance, 0-10V and digital), 4 x 0-10Vdc outputs and optional 24V relay output. The outputs can be used to send the measurement signals to BMS and other building controllers. The measurement signals can be scaled to match the controller input ranges. The inputs and outputs can also be controlled over the network, making the device operate as intelligent LoraWan I/O-module.
 
The colour touchscreen converts the smart sensor to operate also as the Room User Interface Panel. The sensor can display measurements and energy readings, as well as it can be used to change the system setpoints, override the boost (timed) on/off, configure the fan speed levels and the operating modes. The display can be locked from unauthorized use. 
 
The smart sensors also incorporate 2 x PI control loops that can be used e.g. to control cooling and CO2 levels (VAV function). The sensors can also provide single stage heating/cooling/humidity/dehumidify control.
 
The touchscreen skin colours can be changed to suit the building decor. In addition the smart sensors are available in black and white. The sensors are mounted on the wall surface directly or to standard wall mounting boxes. The sensors have additonal built-in Modbus MS/TP communication that can complement the LoraWan wireless communication to the BMS systems (Building Management Systems). 
 
The QER10 LoraWan sensors can be configured using Windows Device Configuration Tool (connected wirelessly using Bluetooth) or from SmartConfig iOS app. For ease of commissioning the sensor address can also be set from the bit switch or from the touchscreen.
